Baker
Meadows
Baker grew up
in Kansas. He learned his first songs at his mother's knee and at
church. It was too hot in Kansas and conservative, so Baker moved
to Minnesota.
He lived in France for a spell and when he returned he realized
his missed the music of his youth and started performing in various
folk ensembles. While street singing in Germany he fell in love
with Irish traditional music, resulting in a 20-year musical detour.
The Baker is happy to be part of The Eddies. He is also happy at
his current job.
Here is Baker
at the Eddies'
9th Annual
Potluck and Free Concert
Down by The Riverside on Harriet Island.
